The Scheduling Module in Cloudsania enables users and organisations to schedule a call with specialised Cloud experts for assistance with:

This feature provides a structured way to seek expert guidance, ensuring smooth cloud deployments and best practices for infrastructure management.

๐ŸŽฏ How to Schedule a Call with a Cloud Expert

Navigate to the Scheduling tab from the left-hand menu.

Click Schedule New Call (top right) or Create new schedule if no schedules exist.

Schedule a New Call By Providing the Call Details

1๏ธโƒฃ Enter the Call Title

2๏ธโƒฃ Select the Project that requires expert guidance.

3๏ธโƒฃ Add Notes โ€“ Provide additional context or specific areas of concern.

4๏ธโƒฃ Pick a Date and Time Slot from the available options.

5๏ธโƒฃ Add Guests if needed (team members or stakeholders).

6๏ธโƒฃ Click Confirm to finalize the scheduling.

View Scheduled Calls

1๏ธโƒฃ Once the call have been scheduled, it will appear under the Scheduling list page.

2๏ธโƒฃ Use filters to sort calls by project, status, or date.

3๏ธโƒฃ The scheduled call will display details such as;

  • Call Title

  • Project Name

  • Date & Time

  • Status (Awaiting Call, In- progress, Completed)

  • Follow-up Action Status

Manage Scheduled Calls

1๏ธโƒฃ Click on a scheduled call to view full details.

2๏ธโƒฃ Available actions include:

  • โ€˜Add to Calendarโ€™ for reminders

  • โ€˜Join Callโ€™ when the session is ready

  • โ€˜Reschedule Callโ€™ if an update is needed

3๏ธโƒฃ The call details page will include:

  • Meeting link

  • List of invited guests

  • Documents

  • Messages

  • Project breakdown and expert recommendations
